Community Soldier Farewell and Tree Lighting

Community members joined together to celebrate the holidays and bid farewell to 1st Armored Division Soldiers who will soon be heading back to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The event, Dec. 11 on Wiesbaden Army Airfield, featured a wealth of holiday music courtesy of the 1st AD Band and local school performers, a visit by Santa, pony rides, food, giveaways and more.
