Mission, Vision and Values

Our Mission

Provide the Army the installation capabilities and services to support expeditionary operations in a time of persistent conflict, and to provide a quality of life for Soldiers, Families, civilians and retirees commensurate with their service.

Our Vision

We are the Army’s home. We provide a source of balance that ensures an environment in which Soldiers and Families can thrive; a structure that supports unit readiness in an era of persistent conflict; and a foundation for building the future.

U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden Commander's Vision

Shape ongoing community development to maintain readiness for the scheduled arrival of the 7th Army Headquarters and other supporting units to the Wiesbaden community.  Appropriately welcome newcomers to our community and expand the local German-American partnerships.

Promote all five pillars of comprehensive community fitness in all garrison endeavors; physical, emotional, social, spiritual and family fitness.

Empower military and civilian subordinate leaders at all echelons to achieve and sustain excellence in all areas of community support, regardless of resource limitations, and aggressively utilize Lean Six Sigma processes to find ways to work smarter, faster and more efficiently while maintaining and improving customer support and front door services.

Lead community transformation master planning to integrate and nest all community growth and construction plans while ensuring that improved support and services are addressed in every community area.

Lead USAG Wiesbaden through significant community growth and transformation while supporting Army Force Generation and operational deployments.
