All Personnel departing the Wiesbaden Community must attend a Levy briefing within 90 days of departure.

Click here to view the online levy briefing. Please note that this briefing is designed to provide you with the information required to make this a smooth transition to your next location. Pay close attention to pertinent information and return to this briefing, if necessary, during your out-processing.

Please visit the MilitaryHOMEFRONT website to request your sponsor and learn more about the community you will be moving to.

Upon receipt of orders there are several things you must do.

-Report to the transportation office in Building 1023W, room 209 to set up appointments for household goods, hold-baggage, and POV shipment.

- If you live in government housing you must check with the housing office, Building 1023W, room 101, to arrange for a pre-inspection and final inspection.

-Go to SATO Travel, Building 1023W, room 117 (Across from the CPF), to make your flight arrangements.

-You may call the Central Processing Facility, mil 337‑5550/7072 to inquire about your pick up date for Clearance Papers (DA Form 137-E.) If you submit you’re Pre-Clearance Questionnaire via e-mail, then your appointment time will be scheduled and sent to the e-mail you provided us. Please note: You should not submit a pre-clearance questionnaire less than 45 days from departure. Please review the online levy briefing for more information.

Soldiers are issued Clearance Papers for the community they are living at, and not where they are assigned. Example: If you live in the Wiesbaden community and work in Heidelberg then you pick up your clearance papers from Wiesbaden.

Twelve working days from your departure date (fly date), you will report to the Central Processing Facility, building 1023W, room 115/119 to pick up your Clearance Papers (DA Form 137-E.)
