Training Support Center Wiesbaden Visual Information Product and Service Request
This is a mandatory site all customers should use to request all Department of the Army, passport and command photographs -- as well as any type of support needed for graphics, signs or charts and audio-visual/media equipment loans or events.
Good news for your customers who do not have a CAC card but do have an AKO user name and password, the AKO version of VIOS is now active. For those needing to go to VIOS East, the url is www.vios-akoeast.army.mil. If VIOS is down the customer can call the photo studio at civ (0611) 705-5605 or
DSN 337-5605 and schedule their appointment.
The photo/Graphic studio has moved to Building 1032 on Wiesbaden Army Airfield, across from the Army Post Office.
