The Claims Office receives and settles claims against the U.S. government presented by U.S. military members, civilian employees and their Family members. The Claims Office processes claims for lost, damaged or destroyed property:
(a) shipped under Government orders;
(b) stolen from Government billets/facilities and other authorized places; or
(c) damaged due to unusual circumstances, as prescribed by Army Regulation.
